The deadline of application for "Policy Paper Writing Training" has been extended to Sunday, September 12th, 2021. The details about the training and how to apply are as follows:
The training program is designed to help young scholars, activists and journalists develop their skills of practical, policy-relevant writing and communication. Academic work and the policy field often reveal a gap between them, leaving policy makers in want of serious analysis and research, and academics unable to inform policy based on their research.

The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) is organizing a competition to select the best three policy papers on issues of democratization and political and transformation, institutional reforms and administrative modernization, economic development, educational reform, new social movements, Islamic movements and other relevant public policy issues.
On this occasion, MIPA invites interested researchers to participate, by submitting their policy papers on public policies in Morocco.
This competition is open to all Moroccan and non-Moroccan researchers interested in producing policy papers on Morocco.
MIPA receives contributions in Arabic or English. This is in accordance with the conditions and guidelines applied by MIPA in the production and publication of policy papers, which you will find in the following links:

First paper: 3000 MAD
Second paper: 2000 MAD
Third paper: 1500 MAD
MIPA will translate the winning papers into Arabic or English after publishing them in their original language. MIPA will also publish the winning papers on its website and social networks, and they will be circulated to the press, national and international research institutions, and a select group of decision-makers, experts, and local and international researchers.
