Webinar: The Era of Privatized Water in Morocco: How is Water Demand Managed?<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis is organizing a webinar titled \u201cThe Era of Privatized Water in Morocco: How is Water Demand Managed?\u201d in the framework of the Just Transition Green Bridge Project, which will take place from 4:00 pm until 5:30 pm on Wednesday, March 19th 2025.<\/div>\n
This webinar will focus on the development and acceleration of irrigation privatization in Morocco. The main objective is to highlight the economic, social, and political mechanisms that have contributed to this growth, to analyze its effects on water security at the watershed level \u2013 with a focus on groundwater \u2013 and to examine the resulting inequalities in access to water among various users and uses.<\/div>\n
