It highlights, as well, key structural challenges, such as financial instability, and lack of technical expertise, limited advocacy and research capacities, and constrained access to environmental data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The report also examines limited civic engagement opportunities, inadequate legal frameworks, and coalition dynamics and barriers, while offering targeted recommendations to enhance legal and institutional support, foster financial sustainability, and strengthen advocacy through coalition-building and digital tools.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This research is part of the DIRAIA project, \u2018Knowledge\u2019 in Arabic, short for \u201cDeveloping Inclusive Research through Activism and Informed Advocacy,\u201d which is a comprehensive initiative addressing the knowledge gap on environmental activism in the MENA region.
