On November 21st 2019 at 5 pm, \u201cCaf\u00e9 Politico\u201d will launch its first of a series of panels and forums dealing with various public policy issues in Morocco.<\/p>\n

\u201cCaf\u00e9 Politico\u201d be aired live on social media. Please follow us at MIPA Institute<\/a><\/span> & SIMSIM PC<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The topic of the first Caf\u00e9 politico will be centered around women\u2019s quota in parliament, and whether that policy has succeeded to achieve its intended results. The discussion\u2019s background will be MIPA\u2019s paper entitled: \u201cHow did traditional political culture thwarted Women\u2019s quota\u201d<\/em> (link : https:\/\/mipa.institute\/6100<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The event is jointly organized by the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA)<\/a><\/span> and Sim-Sim Participation Citoyenne<\/a><\/span> and Swiss International Cooperation<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The participants in this policy debate are: Dr. Latifa Albouhssini, Woman activist and Professor at Mohammed V University, and Fatima Zahra Barassat (PPS), Zouhour El Wahabi (PAM) and Meryema Boujemaa (PJD) and it will be moderated by Youness Meskine: the editor in chief of \u201cAkhbar Al Youm\u201d newspaper.<\/p>\n
