Co-funded by the European Union, this initiative is led by ACTED in partnership with Les Citoyens, AFAQI, and the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA). Active across 6 regions in Morocco, the project bridges the gap between citizens and institutions by leveraging digital innovation and Civic Tech. By empowering local civil society organizations, establishing digital hubs, and fostering open citizen-state dialogues, we aim to build a more transparent, participatory, and democratic governance framework.
