ToR: Development of a National Index for Monitoring and Strengthening the Digital Capacities of Moroccan CSOs
The Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) is seeking an Individual Consultant/Service provider to conduct a study in the framework of the project SAWTECH. The selected candidate will lead a study designed to diagnose, monitor, and strengthen the digital capacities of Moroccan Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The ultimate goal is to enhance their influence on public policy and participatory governance.

Applications are open to individual consultants and service providers who are legally authorized to operate in Morocco.
