Hajar is a researcher in Educational Sciences & Education Policies, a research Associate, and a project manager at the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA). She manages the following projects: the Trust in Institutions Index, Moroccan Policy Dialogues, and the Public Policy Paper Training Program.

Ayman is a project Manager at the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA). Managing the DIRAIA project, which examines environmental mobilization and inclusive research in Morocco and the MENA region.
