The Arab Reform Initiative – مبادرة الإصلاح العربي and the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis are jointly organizing a regional webinar on Energy transition in the MENA region, in the framework of the Just Transition Green Bridge Project, which will take place from 4pm until 5:30pm on Thursday 20 of February 2025.
This webinar will be an opportunity to discuss the gaps between policies in place today and the targets set for a sustainable energy future, identify key challenges and priorities to scale up ambitions and brainstorm on the policy options to lead to the transformation of the energy system, taking into consideration the MENA specificity and country national context.

●Yasmina El Amine, PhD candidate at University College London (UCL) and a research consultant at

●Othmane Anice, senior Associate at URITI, he specialises in energy, infrastructure, project development and finance.
●Dr.Karim Choukri, Expert in renewable energy strategies and policy
●Ahmed Zahran, CEO, and co-founder of the company  “KarmSolar”
